Our fee is based on a commission of gross sales out of which we absorb labor and permit costs.

We mail notices of your sale to customers and dealers on our exclusive mailing list who frequent our sales. (Over 2,000 names on our list - we pay for mailing for qualifying sales)

We have done sales in homes as large as 30 rooms. We sell everything in the house from the spices in the cabinet to the cars in the garage!
